Lake Elsinore, California.
During the spring of 2019 Southern California was blessed with a super bloom of flowers due to an unseasonably wet winter. A lot of people had the joy of seeing the poppies that covered the hills of Walker Canyon. Unfortunately, the years following, Walker Canyon has to close down during the spring in order to rehabilitate the land due to people not staying on the trails. This photo is one of my favorite reminders to leave no trace and to take care of fragile eco systems.
