Los Angeles, California.
It doesn't rain much in Los Angeles, so when it does photographers try to make the most of it. I lived around forty miles east of LA - which, depending on the time of day - and weather - it could take anywhere from forty minutes to three hours to drive there. There are a lot of streets in the city that are lined with palm trees but there is one that has my heart. After a long drive in the rain I finally rounded the turn and didn't even need to get out of my car. This photo was taken through my windshield.
